Mr. Shum Chiu Hung
He is the Chairman of the Board and non-executive director of Times Neighborhood and is responsible for planning the development strategy of the Group and takes direct management of the daily operation of each department.
He is also the founder of Times China, the executive director, the chairman of the board of directors, and the chief executive officer of Times China. He has been engaging in real estate development in China for over 20 years. He graduated from Fudan University (复旦大学) with an Executive Master of Business Administration (“EMBA”) degree.

Mr. Bai Xihong
He is the Vice Chairman of the Board and non-executive director of Times Neighborhood. Graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with an EMBA degree and with more than 20 years of experience in the Chinese real estate industry, he also acts as the deputy chairman of the board, executive director and chairman of the strategic resource management committee of Times China.
